1. GENERAL CONDUCT

All users, clients, contractors, and visitors must:

Treat staff, agents, and AI assistants with respect.

Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threatening behavior.

Use services in good faith and for their intended purpose.

2. AI INTERACTIONS

Do not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit our AI systems.

Do not use prompts that include hate speech, threats, or NSFW content.

You acknowledge that AI may log interactions for quality assurance.

3. USE OF SERVICES

Do not share login credentials or access tokens.

Do not license, sublicense, resell, or commercialize Harbourside platforms without authorization.

Do not attempt to clone or reverse engineer any AI assistant, chatbot, or platform.

4. DISPUTES & ENFORCEMENT

We handle violations swiftly and with discretion. If a user feels a violation has occurred, it should be reported immediately via official support channels. We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Restrict access to AI tools

Initiate legal recourse when appropriate
